Harbour Lights: an overview
Damac is building the property in Dubai Maritime City, a waterfront district on an artificial peninsula.
The building is conceived as a tribute to the sea voyages of the past and coastal living. The tower's silhouette resembles a pleasure boat ready to head out to sea. The project comprises one building, with its height listed in documents as either 51 or 52 storeys.
The interiors and leisure areas draw inspiration from cruise ships. The living spaces are designed to be spacious, like ship cabins, and the windows face the sea. All properties in the tower are available on a freehold basis.
The developer may replace materials with equivalents; only the contract is binding. A broker can tell you which apartments are currently available. Send an enquiry and they will help you find an option.

Four reasons to choose this tower on the peninsula
A floating pool in open water
The tower has its own floating pool in the sea and large pools overlooking the water. You can swim long distances and sunbathe surrounded by open water right by your home, without travelling to the city's beaches.
Spaces designed by a jewellery and fashion brand
The common areas draw on the style of luxury and fashion brand de GRISOGONO, while apartment walls and ceilings feature smooth white and gold details. The recognised name helps the building stand out from conventional residential towers when renting or reselling.
Half the payment due on handover
You pay twenty percent on booking, another thirty percent in five instalments during construction, and the remaining half on handover in Q2 2027. Half your capital remains available until the building is complete.
Waterfront living between Port Rashid and Drydocks World
Dubai Maritime City occupies an artificial peninsula with waterfront promenades, bringing together the maritime industry, a business centre and sea views from large windows. It offers privacy and quiet by the water while keeping you connected to the city's business life, with freehold ownership.

An artificial peninsula between Port Rashid and Drydocks World
Harbour Lights stands in Dubai Maritime City, which occupies an artificial peninsula by the sea.
The site lies between Port Rashid and Dubai's Drydocks World shipyard. This location has made the peninsula a hub of trade and commerce, drawing the city's maritime industry around it. Residents enjoy an urban pace of life right by the water.
The district combines modern technology with a coastal atmosphere and waterfront promenades. The peninsula overlooks the bay, and the neighbourhood offers a sense of privacy and calm away from dense development while remaining at the centre of the maritime hub.
An Art Estate broker can show you the building's position on a plan of the peninsula and help you choose which side of the building suits you.

What our clients say
A huge thank you to Art Estate and especially Sergey Churganov for helping us find an apartment. We have already bought it in Dubai, near the Marina, in a great complex. Sergey really has nerves of steel. I must have looked at 150 apartments. He calmly answered all 250 thousand of my questions, reassured me, explained everything and showed me everything.
I bought an apartment in Dubai, and Konstantin Nazarov handled the transaction. Excellent service and trust. Buying property in another country felt risky at first. Konstantin, thank you for your openness and honesty. When large sums of money are involved, that is hugely important. He even made himself available at night because a decision and booking were needed urgently. Konstantin shows everything as it is, just the facts, no games. That inspires trust.
We bought a studio in Dubai and later sold it at a profit. Sergey Churganov helped us. Thank you for your professional approach and the exceptionally high level of service and involvement! I recommend you without hesitation.
I would like to thank Art Estate and Konstantin Nazarov personally! He is a true professional. I was very nervous when I decided to buy property in Abu Dhabi, but Konstantin guided me through every stage of the transaction with such confidence and calm, practically holding my hand throughout!
I am very happy with the experience! I bought a studio in Abu Dhabi last May. I am new to investing, and the team has helped at every stage, from the paperwork to transferring payments. They are always available, and I feel I am in good hands. I sincerely recommend them! Once we rent out this studio, we will go straight back to this agency for our next investment.
We met the head of this company, Sergey Churganov, on another continent. I would like to say that the company is led by a professional and a man of his word, so it can and should be trusted! We successfully signed a contract to buy property in Abu Dhabi.
